As the dedicated development business of Star Asia Group, Star Asia Sogo Kaihatsu aims to accelerate the growth and profitability of Star Asia Group entities and opportunistically recycle our capital by developing and providing its pipeline of income-producing and stabilized properties, to the Group entities. Such properties will include next-generation student residential properties (i.e., Purpose Built Student Accommodation), specialized hospitality properties, and other multi-family residential properties.
